Carers Week 2012 will take place from 18-24 June. This year, Suffolk Family Carers will be looking to ensure all Family Carers in Suffolk are able to access the Support and Services we provide to help maintain their own health and well being. We will be out in the community raising awareness of what it is to be a Family Carer and how we can help "in sickness and in health".
