Tinker Bell (Mae Whitman) is helping to guide a group of animals towards the mysterious Winter Woods to hibernate when curiosity gets the better of her. Crossing the border, she finds a beautiful world of frost, ice and snowflakes. She's dragged back before she can freeze, but Tink has noticed that her wings began to sparkle in the Winter Woods. Taking the first opportunity to return, she encounters frost fairy Periwinkle (Lucy Hale) whose wings have also started to sparkle. This means they must be sisters. But by breaking the laws of both worlds, the fairies have thrown the seasons out of balance. Can they put things right and save the great Pixie Dust tree? Tinker Bell's fourth fabulous animated story is her first in stunning 3D .
